This is a minimally invasive surgery that involves much smaller incisions
and entails the use of a endoscope. This procedure is only appropriate
for patients with minimal wrinkles and who need mild to moderate improvements.
Recovery is approximately 5-7 days.

Botox® Injections:
An office procedure that uses Botox® to treat fine wrinkles. Botox is injected into the muscle that creates the wrinkles to weaken those muscles causing wrinkles.
Results: 3-5 months. Repeat as needed.
Other Injectables and Fillers:
More recent injectables to join the market are Restylane
and Radiesse (formally known as Radiance). They are natural
sugar molecules found in the skin, cartilage, joints, and the eyes of
all living mammals. These compounds serve many purposes including filling
the space between collage and elastin fibers providing cushioning, transporting
nutrients from blood to skin and retaining water within the cell promoting
volume and protection. These fillers are used for fine wrinkles and other
facial enhancements and are done in the office with now down time.
Sculptra:
An injectable product that restores and corrects the signs of facial fat loss by replacing lost volume. Sculptra provides an increase in skin thickness, helping to create a more natural facial appearance in those with facial lopoatrophy, or the need for fat replacement. Sculptra is not made from human or animal sources and does not require a skin test. The effects are long-lasting; they were shown in a clinical study to last for up to 2 years (after the first treatment session). Multiple sessions are required.
Laser Services:
The MicroLaser Peel, a new advanced erbium laser that decreases fine lines
and wrinkles in the face, neck and chest, is many times referred to as
the “weekend peel” because patients can have the procedure on a Thursday
and return to work on Monday. With minimum downtime of 3 to 4 days, the
post treatment effects resemble a sunburn with sloughing of the skin on
the third or fourth day. With a series of treatments you can achieve similar
results to a much deeper peel without anesthesia and extensive downtime.
We use an integrated cooling system that allows no discomfort.
We also offer the Broad Band Light (BBL) which is similar to Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and treats brown pigment, red pigment, rosacea, acne, secondary hair removal and can rejuvenate the skin overall. This is a non-invasive and gentle procedure with virtually no down-time. In most cases, you will be able to return to work, apply make-up, and resume most of your activities right away.
The Profile ClearScan brings a new approach to laser treatment of veins and redness. This laser is great for broken capillaries and other visible vascular structures. The most popular areas for treatment are the face, neck, chest and legs. There is virtually no downtime and you may resume moderate activity immediately. You may experience minor redness that could last for several days.
The Profile ClearScan laser hair removal is an infrared laser that can selectively target microstructures such asactual hair follicles. This is very effective for all skin types. There is no downtime, but you may experience some redness and slight swelling in the area that has been treated. This usually subsides within a few hours.
